Fire hazard: Smoke detectors are installed within the property. Be familiar with evacuation plan and exit routes. Use of open flames such as candles or matches are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Slips and fall: During rainy or wet weather, outdoor surfaces become slippery. Exercise extreme caution when walking on paths, walkways, and any outdoor areas. In the event of heavy rain or storms, avoid outdoor areas and remain inside for your safety

Safety against wild animals: DO NOT venture out in the wild / outdoors between 5pm to 7am. Stick to marked trails and paths to minimize the risk of unexpected wildlife encounters. Use hiking boots and gum boots to suit the outdoors. Keep a close eye on children and pets. Do not leave them unattended in areas with known wildlife activity. Make noise while hiking to alert wildlife to your presence. Many animals will avoid humans if they know they're coming. Be cautious when stepping over rocks, logs, or other objects where snakes may be concealed. If walking at night, carry a flashlight to illuminate the path and potentially spot snakes. Never attempt to handle or capture a snake, even if you believe it to be non-venomous. In case of a wildlife encounter or emergency, contact local wildlife authorities or emergency services.

Electric fence: For your safety and the protection of the property, please be aware that an electric fence has been installed around the premises. The electric fence is in place to deter wildlife and ensure a secure environment. We kindly request all guests to exercise caution and avoid any contact with the electric fence. Do not attempt to touch or tamper with the fence, as it can deliver a painful shock. Please inform all members of your group, including children and pets, about the presence of the electric fence and the importance of staying a safe distance away. In the event of an emergency or if maintenance is required, there is an emergency shut-off switch for the electric fence. The location of the shut-off switch is placed indoor (lower bathroom cabinet) & outdoor (north side of the house), which is easily accessible.

In case of fire:

Exit the property as quickly as possible

Ensure that all persons are accounted for
